It includes the rent, service charges and our entry level internet service. It also covers 24/7 access, reception services, shared waste management facilities, car parking, keys, security services, building insurance and all common area cleaning.
You can upgrade the broadband connection for an additional fee. There is also a price per handset for telephones, plus the cost of your calls. We clean all common areas, and if you would like the inside of your office cleaned, this would be an additional charge. Electric car charging and additional reception services are also chargeable. Additional fees are invoiced to you monthly in arrears.
Reception at the centre is staffed from 8:30am until 4:30pm Monday to Friday. We are closed at weekends and on bank holidays, but you can still access the centre as long as you have your keys.
Yes, we have one small meeting room which tenants can pre-book, free of charge.
Yes, you will need Public Liability Insurance for insuring your own contents within the office. The building is insured by Durham Workspace.
You will need to confirm this in writing to Durham Workspace Manager. The notice you need to give us is confirmed in your tenancy agreement and it will be your responsibility to return the office to us in the condition in which you took in.
